About the Podcast

Don't Keep It In!
Talking about everything from A-Z.
Since I was 5 my immigrant asian parents always told me I was not allowed to cry or be angry. Every negative emotion was just a hindrance and every problem was irrelevant. I wish back then someone told me feeling emotions just meant I was human and it is beautiful we can feel them in the first place.

Which is why Don't Keep It In Exists! This podcast is a message to those similar to my younger self. A platform to validate your emotions and feel seen. Whether it is through my guest's experiences or mine. In the end, we are all human just trying to walk the hard path of life.
Episodes are released every Thursday at noon CST. See you soon!!!
